2011 - Day 206. July 25, 2011
Our cat Clyde has a friend. His name is Romeo and he lives on our cul-de-sac. Romeo is a beautiful senior, long-haired tabby, whose owner has him shaved each spring so she doesn't have to deal with his matted fur. I think Clyde feels sorry for him, greeting him each day with a sympathetic face rub. In this shot you can see that Romeo's finally starting to look like a cat again. He's sitting on the walkway in front of our house, waiting for Clyde, but intent on his water dish on the front porch. Clyde was inside but my husband and I assured Romeo that it was ok to drink from his dish. It's the neighbourly thing to do.
