A beautiful rainbow, double at that, appeared briefly over the bay this afternoon.
Ribbons of Colour
My reward for a long walk along the bay at Wasaga Beach.
...on the Beaver River, near Clarksburg.
Remnants of the Haines Dam on the property of Tree Green Team, Clarksburg,
Mere moments after sunset, the harvest moon rose above the corn field and disappeared into the clouds.
The Sun set right behind me, mere moments before the Harvest Moon started to peek above the horizon. The light was incredible! The hundreds of Sandhill Cranes in the field behind me started to take flight in the glowing light. This shot was about location, location, location!
Watching the River Flow
If I had wings and I could fly

And watch the river flow - Bob Dylan

I'm soaking in every ray of this glorious sunshine!

~ Helen Hunt Jackson
Reaching for Infinity

Sunrise from Hen and Chickens Boardwalk
"What day is it?"

"My favourite day" said Pooh.
A long exposure gives this sunset capture a painterly feel.
